To start tracking your breathing quality, simply press the + button. You can add a title (ie. Worked on breathing exercises today), a description, and a tag. We recommend color coding your tag by clicking Create New, naming it something like "Breathing exercise", and then choosing a color. To add an entry using the tag you already created, simply click on General while writing another post. Your tags will pop up there. While entering an entry, you can change the date by selecting the current date at the top and clicking another date within the calendar.
